As an external student who completed the Graduate Certificate in Career Development Practice through the renowned Career Development Center in Mitchelton, I can do nothing but praise them; most notably, Sally Healey as CEO and Amy Guest as director and chief operating officer. As an external student pursuing this dream, working full time in the midst of the COVID 19 madness, I really felt that the service was incredibly professional, efficient, cost effective, friendly and personalized. As a first port of introduction, I was greeted by the brilliant Sally Healey when I became interested in further research. Her warm, informed and personalized approach to our conversations made me feel calm and comfortable from the start, immediately convinced that she knew what she was talking about, which was confirmed by her extensive experience. She was insightful and candid as she listened to me share my future perspectives and dreams, as she provoked me to carefully consider and rethink the various approaches and paths I could take to achieve this.
