As an external student who completed the Graduate Certificate in Career Development Practice through the renowned Career Development Center in Mitchelton, I can do nothing but praise them; most notably, Sally Healey as CEO and Amy Guest as director and chief operating officer. As an external student pursuing this dream, working full time in the midst of the COVID 19 madness, I really felt that the service was incredibly professional, efficient, cost effective, friendly and personalized. As a first port of introduction, I was greeted by the brilliant Sally Healey when I became interested in further research. Her warm, informed and personalized approach to our conversations made me feel calm and comfortable from the start, immediately convinced that she knew what she was talking about, which was confirmed by her extensive experience. She was insightful and candid as she listened to me share my future perspectives and dreams, as she provoked me to carefully consider and rethink the various approaches and paths I could take to achieve this. If you are currently looking for a company that can further your education to help you realize your dreams as a career counselor or advisor, I highly recommend this company, either online or in person. officially renamed Career Development Facilitator Training for the Career Development Facilitation Certificate of Completion.

Since then, she has been planning graduate events, organizing workshops and seminars, strengthening cooperation between industry and academia, and helping to place future graduates and graduates in the private sector in Kuwait. However, she lacked the knowledge and skills to prepare them for the job market. She therefore decided to follow NCDA’s Professional Development Facilitator (CDF) online program with Marie Smith as her instructor.
Joining the CDF program was a truly unique and wonderful learning experience for Dr. Nehme. She learned a lot about how to mentor and support her alumni and alumni in her careers and personal development, and she had access to a tremendous amount of resources. She even attended the NCDA Conference in Orlando in the summer of 2017, which was an amazing experience.
Her teacher, Marie Smith, was extremely helpful, patient, and kind, with a great sense of humor. She really made this show interesting and fun. She always encouraged Dr. Nehme to do whatever she could. Dr. Nehme is convinced that having Marie Smith as her instructor really changed everything!
