He graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio, where he held numerous academic leadership positions and earned a business degree in Finance. When Ben isn’t busy helping owners and residents, he enjoys spending time as a newlywed with his wife Hope and their two puppies (Marty and Wendy) and their cat (Toby).

Christine graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Technical Journalism. Prior to joining Grace as CEO of Real Estate, Christine was a property manager in the multifamily world for 13 years, where she successfully managed 862 apartments. Christine is one of the few people who truly enjoy finding solutions to difficult problems. As Vice President of Property Management, he is responsible for ensuring the overall success of our owners-clients and residents. Outside the office, you’ll find Christine spending time with her husband and son at sporting events, or at a PTA meeting.

When entering the office, the first thing you will see is Erin’s smile and warm greeting! As our Resident Services Coordinator, Erin has over 10 years of experience in the art of helping tenants. Prior to joining Grace, Erin conducted detailed background screenings for neighborhoods. Our resident is lucky that he is working with them to solve their problems. Erin’s hobbies include spending time in the mountains, fishing or camping with her family and dogs.
