When I first walked up to the front door, there were three homeless people sleeping around the stairs. The building is currently being renovated and looks very cozy. Additionally. If you don’t like strong smell, don’t go to this place. The building was built in the mid-1980s, and the boys show it around, smell it and make noises. I would like to give half a star if possible.

Andria and Chris have excellent customer service! They are very helpful and very nice. I suddenly changed the case and Chris and Andria were always there for me. They answered all calls and responded to all emails in a timely manner. The maintenance team is also very friendly and quick to respond. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone. There is something for everyone. plus! They have recently been updated and look great! Thanks again to the entire Turgaus Street Square team!

I lived here for 6 years. For me, the place is ideally convenient near public transport: buses, trolleybuses, restaurants. There is a large Ralph’s supermarket nearby. The building is well maintained by courteous office and maintenance staff. The gym, pool and sunroof are fun places to exercise and relax. The neighbors are very friendly. Pets are allowed and they are slightly larger (more square feet) than others I have reviewed. Quiet and pest free. I couldn’t be happier.

I loved living here! I had to move for work and was really disappointed when I left. Huge 1 BR w/several closets, storage, bathroom storage & more. The rental office was very helpful and well worth the price!

Viridian Lofts Apartments

It’s in a nice part of town and there are lots of places to go but there are some renovations so the building is old and ongoing. There is only the letter U here, so if there is another person, you have to change. Most people in the community are very friendly and even stop to talk. I think it’s really cool! Overall, Market Street Square is great, a great neighborhood and a good community that is definitely worth a visit!

The location could not have been more convenient. 24 Hours Next to Ralph’s Grocery, across from Horton Shopping Plaza (I serve breakfast overlooking Nordstrom), above salons, boutiques, doctor’s offices and one block from the Gaslamp District. The rental office has the friendliest co-workers of any complex I’ve worked at. The maintenance staff is very talented and helpful, often responding to same-day maintenance requests as quickly as possible. The rent is very reasonable and the neighbors are friendly and attentive. The only downside? you live in the city center
