The first apartment and I would say it was a great experience. Stayed here for 10 months and I think what you get is worth more. During the visit, of course, they showed us an apartment with a pool view as well as an old one. I was glad the complex was generally quiet, but my balcony sank into an area that made me feel unsafe hanging out. Flooded kitchen sinks, bathroom sinks and tubs (in many cases the water will return) would have been repaired several times. Parking spaces are small, so if you take care of your car, you can pay attention to it. The gate has been broken open for more than 6 months as people block the parking lot and park in the fire lane. If I had known, I would have paid $ 300 extra for the luxury of the neighborhood

Lived there for 3 years. I do not know how. Elderly, neighbors you will hear every step above you. Noisy weekend, like a bad house. Cheap, cheap finishes, paints, stains, carpets. Stairwells are always unclean, no one even takes a broom near them. They blame lack of water for not cleaning, does the plant need water? The parking lot is very close. Your doors will always ring. The equipment does not fit the black microwave and white stove. Cheap old straps that are so old, crack and crack at every movement. Since I live there, the electric safety gate worked for maybe a month !!! Always in pieces. No matter how clean you are, you will not get any of your deposit back. The place is awful. Not well managed.

From the outside, the apartment complex looks very decent. Walking around it is a nice clean area and it is maintained. My apartment has a bedroom a bath. It’s too small and I disagree with the price of it. Although I have the opportunity to have a W / D in the apartment which helps to make life easier. The bedroom has added space for both as well as closet space and storage space in the room. For the bathroom it is small and has only a little storage space. The model I got does not have an open floor plan with kitchen, so it looks quite small. It has plenty of space in the closet and it was in good condition. Everything works and looks good, but it has been rented many times. The staff is really nice and pleasant, which makes things run smoothly. All in all, this is a great apartment for couples and the location is great. Every store you can think of is 2-5 minutes away.

My boyfriend and I have lived here for over 3 years, I have always had a bad meeting with property manager Cheryl. We both work overnight and she accuses us of accidentally blocking her VIP parking space in front of our complex. So imagine that if it’s 3 o’clock in the afternoon, then it’s like 3 o’clock in the morning for us nocturnal people. Cheryl, if I knock on your door at 3 in the morning, how do you like what I’m accusing you of not doing? This complex is never quiet. If you ever order something online, it automatically comes to the office and they do not have the option to call their residence to tell you that it is there. I mean, if you pay 2,000 / month for 3 years, why not call? All I want to say is, do not bother. They are not in a hurry to repair the broken parts in your apartment and they are not ready to work according to our schedule … you know because we sleep during the day and work at night.
