I joined this company more than a decade ago, when it was called “Lawn Mower”. They have done a wonderful job over the years. However, a few weeks ago, their registered card was lost, so the credit card company changed the number, and when they flipped the card before coming to me, they seem to have refused. Instead of calling me at home and on my cell phone (both numbers I gave) they just did not show up. When I returned to the city from a trip and noticed that the lawn looked awful to me, I called them. The lady who called on the phone was rude and told me that they had left me a voice message. (They did not do this because I have 2 weeks of caller ID records and no voice messages left; my voice calls my cell phone whenever there is a voice message left). I did not receive any apology or anything other than the attitude of the person I was talking to, and she informed me that if my grass overflowed when the crew came out again, they would a) skip the grass and b) charge me double. Unbelievable! After 10 years with this company, I doubt it is in new ownership. I deal with almost everything except rough staff when I’m a paying customer. Until they apologize, these guys get a D from me because their professionalism is awful.

My yard was cut down 9 years ago. I have no problem relying on them, when they go out to do work they are very professional and I do not have to supervise them. I put a regulation because I have 5 small dogs that when I open the door in the yard they must be careful to close the gate so that the creators do not come out. So far there have been no aliens without escape. They work quite well, they cut the sidewalk and the alley. They blow all the gas so that you do not have a piece of grass cut in one place. They reach the border of my property without any problem. I have a lot of angle. They go out, I would not stay here, I can shop knowing that the work will be done when I return to my satisfaction.

Leave the gates open. The customer service manager said he could not guarantee the gate was closed. The padlock broke and was never replaced. It did not blow on the sidewalk. I mowed the grass twice, I did a good job, a little too short to mow. They also cut perennial flowers in one of my flower beds. It rained a lot in May, and the third reduction was delayed because it was very wet. I called on Monday to ask if my Friday mowing would be rescheduled or skipped. It was said that a crew would be sent that day. I later received a voicemail that they were not in my area on Monday but would be coming on Tuesday. They did not show up.
